From March 8th to March 9th, the party branch of Sumsoar group specially invited Wei  Zhou and Liya Wang, teachers of Shandong taishan management college, to organize and carry out a two-day training activity for management personnel in the conference room on the 7th floor.Member of the party branch of concentric circle enterprises, leaders and management personnel of all companies and directly affiliated departments of Sumsoar group participated in the training and learning.

At the beginning of the special training of "shaping excellent leadership" on March 8th,  Wenjun Wang, chairman of Sumsoar group, made a mobilization speech. Wenjun Wang said that the improvement of the leadership ability of the company's management personnel is one of the important factors for the development of the enterprise. He hoped that the trainees would cherish the learning opportunities and, under the guidance of the teacher, analyze the existing problems in the work and break the stereotypes to form a new team building concept.

During the training, professor zhou wei explained how to define leadership, manage leadership, improve leadership and shape leadership in a simple way through PPT presentation, on-site explanation and case sharing, so as to guide and help participants to break through the bottleneck of management and reshape the leadership pattern of the team.
