Recently, the board of directors of Sumsoar group held the first (expanded) meeting of 2019 in Putuo mountain academy of Zhoushan. In order to make scientific decisions on major business management issues of the group in 2019, Wenjun Wang, chairman of Sumsoar group, presided over the meeting. All members of the board of directors and senior management personnel of Sumsoar group attended the meeting.

The meeting summarized and reviewed the work in 2018, and determined the list and award standards of the advanced team, advanced manager, advanced employee, best new talent award and special gift award. The organizational structure adjustment of the group was discussed and studied, as well as the staffing of each company and its directly affiliated departments in 2019 and the promotion of some staff positions.

At the meeting, members of the board of directors and senior executives analyzed the 2018 annual performance targets and the completion of various tasks, deeply discussed the setting standards of the 2019 annual performance targets and task indicators of each company and its directly affiliated departments, and revised the group's development strategy in the next two years.
