In order to make new employees integrate into the enterprise environment more quickly and cultivate good working attitude and professional quality, the third quarter training activity for new employees of Sumsoar group was held successfully in youth e bar on November 3.

This training provides new employees with a comprehensive understanding of the company's general situation, culture and system through corporate culture learning, rules and regulations training, department communication skills promotion and other activities, and further enhances the sense of collective honor and enterprise belonging of new employees.

The explanation of the use of enterprise ERP system is one of the important links of this training. The group company adopts the online management mode of integrated material resources, human resources, financial resources and information resources to improve work efficiency and standardize work process. In the training process, the participants experienced advanced enterprise management concepts and learned scientific business process operation on site, laying a solid foundation for the orderly development of future work.

At the end of the activity, the trainees focused on studying the enterprise song and dance, and realized the rich enterprise culture of Sumsoar.
