On September 5, shangxiang group held a lecture on corporate law in the conference room on the fifth floor, which was attended by all the middle and senior management of the group.

Lawyer Chen wangming, general manager of the legal affairs of the group, explained the legal knowledge related to the company law on site, introduced the company concept, the definition of legal person and the function of the shareholders' meeting in detail, and popularized the basic legal knowledge and matters needing attention to the company operation to the trainees based on the actual work and typical cases.

After the explanation by the speaker, the trainees communicated and discussed with the speaker according to the knowledge they learned and the legal problems they encountered in work.
